Ce formulaire permet de demander la délivrance, prorogation ou renouvellement d'une compétences linguistiques FCL.055(b) en langue anglaise ou française ou de la délivrance de l'aptitude en langue anglaise FCL.055(d) pour lequel un examen a été effectué :

- Dans un LPO AESA non approuvé par l’Autorité française ou par un LPE EASA non français;

- Dans un LPO ou par un LPE français surveillé par la DSAC;

- Dans un centre DGAC).

This form is used to apply for the issue, revalidation or renewal of English or French language proficiency FCL.055(b) or the issue of English language proficiency FCL.055(d) for which an examination has been completed:

- In an EASA LPO not approved by the French Authority or by a non-French EASA LPE;
- In a French LPO or by a French LPE supervised by the DSAC;

- In DGAC center.
